Dynan Group was established in May of 1997 as a multi-discipline professional services firm specializing in providing turn-key professional services to the land development and Wireless industries. Our goal is to provide the timely high-quality comprehensive services necessary to deliver the successful project.

Dynan Group provides civil engineering, land surveying, zoning, and planning services in-house to all regions of North Carolina and Florida. Additionally, we provide environmental, geotechnical, and structural engineering through our professional consultants. Dynan Group employs 10 individuals, including one professional engineer, three professional surveyors and mappers with one graduate surveyor and mapper.

Over the past Eleven years Dynan Group has provided professional services in connection with over 400 wireless telecommunication sites. We have provided development designs, preparation of construction drawings, and permitting services for Industrial, commercial and residential developments.
